Frequently Asked Questions

Which vehicles is the Setup Wizard suitable for?
+
For vehicles up to a gross weight of 3,000 kg or 750 kg per wheel, mounted via vehicle-specific wheel adapters. Suitable adapters are available for common motorsport vehicles (GT, Formula, Prototypes, Historic); for new vehicle types, available on request.
What can the Setup Wizard measure?
+
Toe, camber, ride height and wheel load distribution are part of the core scope. Caster and kingpin inclination can also be recorded with optional accessories (for Proline and Digital).
Does the system need to be serviced or calibrated?
+
The system is maintenance-free; however, an annual inspection (calibration of all sensors, software update) is mandatory at the latest every 12 months. The software automatically reminds you of due appointments.
Are the measurement values documented?
+
Yes, all measured values can be exported in WizzardOS as an Excel or PDF file – for traceable setup histories.
What ambient temperature can the system withstand?
+
Operation is approved between +10°C and +40°C, at a maximum relative humidity of 80%.
Is the Setup Wizard waterproof / suitable for outdoor use in the rain?
+
No, direct contact with water and dust should be avoided. The exception is the levelling laser with protection class IP54 – however, the system is perfectly suitable for use in the covered paddock.
Do you receive software updates for WizzardOS?
+
Yes, WizzardOS can be updated directly via the software. Before an update, users should back up their calibration data.
Which power connection is required?
+
The system is charged via the transport case with integrated charger and surge protection at 230 V – a standard mains connection is sufficient.
