The digital workflow
WizzardOS forms the bridge between vehicle hardware and data analysis. As a central system, WizzardOS connects the precise sensors directly to the analysis software – entirely without manual intermediate steps. The physical measurement values from the wheel load scales and sensors are captured in real time and fed directly into the software without transmission errors. This creates a seamless digital workflow from measurement through to analysis – for maximum precision and efficiency at the racetrack.
Input level
The system records all critical physical parameters, from the exact wheel load distribution through to camber and toe values in real time. This gives you full control over your vehicle’s geometry.
Transmission layer
The measurement data is transmitted completely wirelessly via a stable, low-latency connection. Any adjustment to the vehicle is forwarded without any noticeable delay and without annoying cable clutter.
Output level
The WizzardOS user interface displays your complete chassis geometry live. You can keep all measured values transparently in view, spot deviations immediately, and adjust your vehicle with pinpoint accuracy.
