WizzardOS Digital, where it matters

WizzardOS connects the ProLine’s digital sensors directly to your set-up analysis. Drop and wheel load values are transferred via Bluetooth into the software without manual transcription; toe and vehicle height are added from precise laser and scale measurements. This creates a complete data set for each vehicle, captured quickly and free of transfer errors for the digitally measured values.

Input level

A digital camber sensor and four wheel load scales record the measured variables that change most frequently during setup. You measure toe angle and vehicle height using a laser and an analogue scale. This means ProLine covers all relevant chassis parameters.

Transmission level

The camber sensor and wheel load scales transmit their values via Bluetooth to the supplied tablet. Every adjustment to the suspension is visible wirelessly and without delay. You can transfer the recorded toe and ride-height values into the same data record with just a few entries.

Output level

In WizzardOS, digital and analogue measured values come together on a single interface. You can monitor weight distribution and camber live, immediately identify deviations from the target set-up, and make targeted adjustments to your vehicle.

Set up measuring point
Open the flight case, lay out the weighing platforms and fit the setup wheels to the vehicle using the appropriate wheel adaptors.

Align platforms
Using the levelling laser and the levelling sleeves, you adjust all four scales to an exact level. Then lower the vehicle.

Hybrid trade fairs
Tip-over and wheel load are displayed live in WizzardOS. You can read off track width and vehicle height precisely using the laser and scale.
