Details

The Tyre Plates enable precise measurement of ride height and total vehicle weight directly on the original wheels – without any additional installation effort. Included in the scope of delivery are 4x Tyre Plates, designed for a maximum tyre width of 400 millimetres and therefore suitable for a wide range of vehicles.

Fast & precise measurement

The vehicle is simply placed on the Tire Plates with the original wheels – this allows the vehicle weight and ride height to be determined reliably in the shortest possible time. Since no setup wheels need to be fitted, this solution enables particularly fast measurement and therefore efficient vehicle set-up in day-to-day use.

Easy to use Tire Plates

Position measuring platforms

Raise the vehicle and position the measuring platforms directly under the four original wheels – for an exact starting basis for the measurement.

Levelling measuring platforms

Level the measuring platforms with the levelling laser so that they form a common reference plane – the basis for precise, comparable measurement results.

Insert tyre plates

Remove the levelling sleeves and insert the tyre plates into the measuring platforms with the positioning frame facing downwards. Ensure that the sliding plates are centred on the sliding surfaces.

Perform measurement

Zero the measuring platforms without vehicle load, carefully lower the vehicle onto the Tire Plates and select the “Tire Plate” setting in WizzardOS – for reliable measurement values that are immediately ready for use.

Frequently Asked Questions Tyre Plates

With the Tire Plates, you can measure the vehicle weight and ride height on the fitted original wheels.

The slip plate enables the movement of the vehicle wheel when the suspension relaxes.

WizzardOS is used for software-assisted measurement and evaluation. In the software, the “Tire Plate” setting must be selected.

The measuring platforms with the tyre plates must be positioned centrally under the original wheels when lowering the vehicle. The sliding plate must be centred on the sliding surface. Otherwise there is a risk of tipping.
