Reliable calibration for maximum measurement accuracy
The calibration tool for the camber sensor ensures consistently precise digital camber measurements: accuracy can be checked at any time and specifically restored when required. The specially developed calibration cube offers several defined mounting and reference surfaces on which the sensor is precisely aligned in different positions.
A previously levelled measuring platform of the SetupWizzard system serves as the reference – ensuring calibration is always carried out on a flat, precisely aligned surface. The integrated magnets also ensure safe, straightforward positioning of the tool and sensor.
Versatile for the highest demands: the calibration tool is suitable for workshops, motorsport and all applications where precise, reproducible camber measurements are crucial.
Calibrate the camber sensor reliably – quickly and precisely
The camber sensor is calibrated and adjusted at the factory – for reliable results right from the start. If environmental conditions change or measured values deviate, regular checks and, if necessary, recalibration ensure consistently precise measurements in the long term.
The process is extremely simple: the tool is placed on a levelled SetupWizzard measuring platform, then the camber sensor is positioned one after another in the designated positions on the calibration cube. The WizzardOS software actively guides you through the calibration process and specifies the required position each time – for a guided process with no sources of error.
The magnetic guidance further simplifies handling and ensures that the calibration cube sits securely and stably on the reference surface.
