Advantages Mirror trail measurement
Precise reference for wheel alignment measurement
The mirror serves as a precise optical reference for measuring caster and kingpin inclination. Thanks to the defined mirror geometry, the front axle can be adjusted in a controlled manner to an exact steering angle of 10° – ensuring reproducible initial conditions for every measurement.
The measured values for caster and kingpin inclination are then reliably determined in conjunction with the SetupWizzard system and the associated software – for seamless integration into your usual measurement process.
Simply mount on the laser shaft
For use, the existing tracking measurement module is removed from the laser shaft on the vehicle side to be measured. The mirror is then slid onto the laser shaft and securely fixed with the ball locking pin – quickly and without any additional tools.
If required, the mirror can be easily repositioned to measure the other side of the vehicle – for flexible use on both sides of the axle.
