Details Levelling Sleeves

The levelling sleeves facilitate the detection and positioning of the laser beam when setting up the measuring platforms. This allows the levelling laser to be aligned quickly, so the measurement setup can be carried out efficiently and precisely.

They were developed for the SetupWizzard system variants BaseLine, ProLine and Digital and are optimally matched to the SetupWizzard measuring platforms. This means they can be integrated into the existing system without difficulty.

Easy to use Levelling sleeves

Prepare the measuring platform
The levelling bushings are inserted into the designated drill holes of the measuring platform – quickly and without any additional tools.

Align platform
For levelling, three sleeves are used simultaneously on a measuring platform – for stable and precise alignment.

Check laser height
The laser beam must reach the same height on all sleeves. The middle groove serves as a reference – for reliable checking of the levelling.

Start measurement
After aligning the measuring platforms, the levelling sleeves are removed before the vehicle is positioned on the platforms – ready for a precise measurement.

What are the levelling sleeves used for?

The levelling sleeves make it easier to accurately set up the SetupWizzard measuring platforms. They make the laser beam more visible and thus support faster and more precise alignment.
How many levelling sleeves are required?

Three levelling bushes are used for the complete alignment of a measuring platform. The set is therefore supplied directly with three bushes.
Do the levelling sleeves have to remain inserted during the measurement?
+
No. As soon as the vehicle is on the measuring platform, the levelling sleeves can be removed. They are not needed for the actual measuring process.
