WizzardOS From sensor to analysis
WizzardOS forms the smart bridge between vehicle hardware and data analysis. The physically measured values from wheel load scales and sensors are captured automatically and fed directly into the software without manual transfer – precise, reliable and entirely free from error sources caused by manual input.
Input level
The system records all critical physical parameters of your vehicle – from the exact wheel load distribution through to camber and toe values in real time. This way, you maintain full control over your vehicle’s geometry right from the start.
Transmission layer
The recorded measurement data is transmitted entirely wirelessly via a stable, low-latency connection. This means that every adjustment to the vehicle is forwarded directly without any noticeable delay and without troublesome cable clutter.
Output level
The WizzardOS user interface displays your complete suspension geometry live. You can keep an eye on all measurement values transparently at all times, recognise deviations immediately and fine-tune your vehicle precisely for use.

Process the wheel alignment

Prepare the vehicle
You replace the vehicle wheels with the appropriate setup wheels and position the measuring platforms under all four wheels.

Align measuring system
Using the levelling laser, you align the measuring platforms precisely. Then you lower the vehicle and position it for the measurement.

Digitally measured
With SetupWizzard Digital, you can record the relevant chassis data directly – including toe, camber, vehicle height and wheel load distribution.

Evaluate measured values
All measured values are clearly displayed in WizzardOS. This allows you to check, compare and document your results directly.
